RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:


Lala Lee's Boutique aims to make your shopping experience the best possible! Shopping online for clothes can be difficult, and we do our best to show and describe each item as best we can so you can make the best possible purchase.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS/EXCHANGES:

  • Lala Lee's Boutique does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items. 
  • We cannot guarantee size exchanges. 
  • if you have a question on sizing or fit, please reach out to us at lalaleesboutique@gmail.com before completing purchase. 

 

GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

  • Orders - must be returned or postmarked within 7 days of receiving shipment.
  • Return Limit - 2 items per month per client. 
  • Shipping - shipping costs will not be refunded on any return items, and is the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned/exchanged items.
  • Return shipping - return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Store credit - Store credit is issued for the purchase price of eligible returned merchandise. No refunds. Store credit may be used to purchase same item in a different size (if available) or a completely different item. Store Credit does not expire.
  • Purchases made with a store credit are FINAL and can't be returned.
  • Please allow up to 2-5 business days for processing returns.
  • Colors may vary due to screen resolutions and lighting on different screens. Clothing patterns may also vary from item to item. Neither qualifies for a product defect and will not be considered for returns.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES MUST MEET THESE CONDITIONS:

  • Receipt with order # must be present.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and scent-free. 
  • NO EXCEPTIONS: if Item(s) have any scent (i.e.cigarette smoke, perfume, laundry detergent, pets, or have visible wear/deodorant marks/pet hair/stains) will not be accepted. These items can be shipped back to the customer at their expense – NO EXCEPTIONS
  • SHOES: Must be in unworn condition. Scuffs, dirt, scents, or any visible damage will not be accepted.
  • Lala Lee's has the right to deny any return/exchange or a 30% restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
  • If return guidelines are not met, it will require a reshipping fee. Customer is responsible for reshipping fee and must be paid within 7 days.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Any packages returned to us will be re-shipped at the customers expense. We are not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred for incorrect address input.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim.

SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE

Items categorized as Sale items are NOT returnable.

  • All clearance/sale items are FINAL
  • Jewelry & Accessories are FINAL
  • Under garments & Lingerie are FINAL
  • Sunglasses are FINAL
  • Candles are FINAL
  • Face Masks are FINAL
  • Purchases made with a Store Credit are FINAL
  • Buy one, Get one items are FINAL
