Damaged Merchandise

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. All merchandise is inspected for damage before being shipped but sometimes circumstances out of our control happen.

 

DAMAGED PROCESS

 

  • If for some reason you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us via email at lalaleesboutique@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt if you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise.

  • If contact is not received within 2 days, your exchange/return will be denied.

  • Photo of damage must be sent to lalaleesboutique@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number, item number, and first/last name in the message.

  • Damaged items will only be accepted if returned unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags still attached.

  • You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.
