Damaged Merchandise
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. All merchandise is inspected for damage before being shipped but sometimes circumstances out of our control happen.

If for some reason you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us via email at lalaleesboutique@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt if you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise.

If contact is not received within 2 days, your exchange/return will be denied.

Photo of damage must be sent to lalaleesboutique@gmail.com.

Include your order number, item number, and first/last name in the message.

Damaged items will only be accepted if returned unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags still attached.

You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.
